SAVE GEORGE!!! The UI graduate with kidney failure.

This is George Chimezirim Egbuchulam, he was my classmate in University of Ibadan. He graduated as one of the top 10 students in English department in 2010. He is indeed very brilliant and smart. Most saw him as the next eccentric Wole Soyinka. Today he suffers from kidney failure. I am indeed very much grateful to the Nigerian public for coming to his aid by donating money for his  surgery, dialysis and also helping to get him a donor.
Dear Nigerians, it is not over yet.  George is not just sick anymore, he is DYING!  UCH fixed a transplant date for September 25th and had to postpone it to November without giving any specific date or any professional reason for doing so. Time is going, George's health is deteriorating by the day, N27,500 is being spent for each dialysis, 3 times a week, and this is excluding their shopping list of dialysis items and tests upon tests. There are rumours of professional rivalry between his two doctors. Whatever the case may be,  he is obviously not getting the required attention and treatment he needs to save his life. We refuse to be mad at UCH or the Nigerian healthcare system at this point. What we will do is to propose a solution to this problem before it is too late.
Therefore my fellow Nigerians, we call on you once again to help donate to George's cause. It is for the hope that he can be treated outside the country; preferrably India, where he would get better treatment and the surgery would be done on time.

It is in your hands, help save Nigeria's future; another Wole Soyinka.
